About me
I am a certified executive coach who specializes in work and life transitions. I work with clients at all career levels and industries from senior executives to middle managers to young professionals.
Throughout my career I have partnered with people, teams and organizations to define where they want to go, and then getting them there.
I’m a coach who is a business person. I make strategy concrete. I coach my clients to get results. My background is multidimensional spanning more than 30 years in human resources, strategy, marketing and communications. I have specific industry experience in financial services, biotechnology and education.
Talent management is where I have the deepest expertise, from onboarding new employees to assessing, growing and engaging staff. I aim to grow the people organizations need to fuel their strategy. Coaching is a foundational tool to develop talent. I’ve always coached people — about their careers, their business and their life changes.
In my career I regularly took on newly-created roles, launched new initiatives or new business areas. I’ve never worked in an organization that wasn’t going through significant change. My world has been turned upside-down by shifts and different stages of life. I know what it means to go through work and life transitions. As I coach, I draw upon these experiences. I’ve been where my clients are.
To my coaching I bring:
Certification by the International Coach Federation as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and by the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) as a professional coach (CPC) and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business
MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University - Teachers College
I live overlooking the Hudson River in the Bronx with my husband, teenage son and daughter, and our dog, Lexie.
